Many cleaners on our platform have undergone background checks, reference checks, and carry insurance. While we don't require these verifications, you can easily filter for verified cleaners, and each cleaner's profile clearly shows their verification status and credentials.

Cleaners set their own rates, typically ranging from $30-100 per hour. The total cost depends on your home size, cleaning type, and any extra services. You'll see a clear price breakdown before booking, with no hidden fees.

Once a cleaner confirms your booking, a $60 cancellation fee applies if you cancel at any time. This policy helps protect our cleaners' time and income. We recommend contacting your cleaner immediately if you need to reschedule.

All payments are processed securely through our platform. We accept major credit cards and digital payments. Payment is reserved when you book but only charged after the cleaning is completed to your satisfaction.

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you're not happy with the service, report it within 24 hours and we'll work with you and the cleaner to resolve the issue. This may include a re-clean or partial refund where appropriate.
